Daily Kos on China

Filed Under China, Commentary | Posted on May 27, 2007

I’ve never been a regular reader of The Daily Kos, but I may start. Just on a whim, I googled “China” for the site, the search returned quite a few hits. Here are some recent posts:

More Politicised Intel - this time on China

Today the Pentagon publishes The China Military Power Report which it owed to Congress in March. The administration is hoping that putting it out on a Friday before a holiday weekend will slip it under the radar.

It shouldn’t for two reasons. First, the report makes clear we are losing superiority to the Chinese military at a blistering pace. Second, Pentagon leaks accompanying the report say it was watered down by the White House, NSC, State Department and DNI because they don’t want the reality of American weakness publicised and because they are already afraid of antagonising China.

ACTION - China’s Genocide Olympics

China’s pumping billions into the Sudanese economy and most people would think that’s a good thing for an un or underdeveloped nation. HOWEVER, some 80% of those funds are being used to buy helicopters, guns, ammo and other weapons that are used against the African population in the Darfur region of Sudan. China’s money is funding GENOCIDE.

Of course, they’re not just funding it; they’re practicing it in Tibet.

America now takes orders from China

China has America by the balls to such a degree that America now answers to China, our new boss. That’s another accomplishment for the Republicans by the way, and one fairly often overlooked: with multinational corporations now running Washington DC and more and more European capitols as well, America is a shell of the economic powerhouse that it once was and we are selling-out our industrial base to such a dangerous level that we have enslaved ourselves to the Chinese at this point.

Apparently, Belgium’s balls are in China’s hands, too.
